Pilot privacy notice
Your application starts a conversation about the English-language India pilot. Here is what we collect and how we use it.
What you choose to share
The pilot application asks for your name, email address, optional Telegram username, trading experience, learning goal and availability. It also records your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that we may contact you about this pilot.
Do not include passwords, exchange API keys, account balances, identity documents or other financial details. The form does not request them.
Why we use these details
The OneProp team uses your application to understand your interest, consider whether the pilot is suitable, plan availability and contact you with relevant pilot details or questions. Your permission covers contact about this pilot; it is not blanket permission for marketing.
Applying does not create a trading account, give us access to an exchange, make a payment or guarantee a place. We do not sell application details.
Who can access them
Your application can be delivered from this site to OneProp’s private founder workspace for review and a personal invitation. Only the founder can browse the application queue. If you activate an invitation, your assigned mentor can see your trader profile and the information you share for mentoring.
The site and platform hosting and storage services process these details. We do not publish applications or use external advertising analytics on this site.
How long we keep an application
Application details are removed from the live application stores after their 90-day retention period. If an invitation has been prepared but account setup has never started, its reserved name and email are also removed when that application expires.
If you start or complete account setup, identity, security and service records have a separate account lifecycle. Removing the application does not remove an active account or its trading history. Ask the team about account deletion separately. Retained encrypted backups follow a separate operator retention schedule and may contain older records until those snapshots expire; deletion requests must also be reconciled before a backup is restored to service.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask us to correct or delete your application, or stop contacting you about the pilot. For help with access, privacy or deletion, email support@oneprop.in. For questions about joining the pilot, email apply@oneprop.in. Applications remain closed while we complete pilot testing.
Include your application reference, if you have it, and the email address you used so the team can locate the right application. Do not post personal information in a public channel. We may need to confirm that the request belongs to you.
What stays in your browser
The site can save your light or dark theme preference in your browser. It does not save your application contact details to browser storage. If sending fails, the details remain in the open form so you can correct them or try again; closing or refreshing the page may clear them.
Local preview
When the page displays “Local review · Test applications only”, it is a review environment. Use fictional test details. A successful test submission is labelled as a preview and is not a live application or reservation.
